1.  Does anyone here have osteoporosis that can advise me on whether or not this thing works?

I have osteoporosis and I recently had my DEXAI, bone density test, done.  I am happy to say that although I thought the QRS would help me sustain my bone density, my test showed me that it went up one whole point.  I am so happy that I found something that works and would encourage anyone with osteoporosis to try it.

Thank you for the encouragement.  How long had you been using the QRS before your test results showed improvement? Are you taking any medication or doing anything else besides using the QRS?

I am glad to help.  I had been using the QRS for 6 months when I received my test results.  I don't do well with medications which is why I started researching other alternative options.  In addition to the QRS, I take a number of supplements.

Practice Your Putts

How far above the hole you aim depends on the break of the green. Your putter head will not be square to the hole but will be square to the point above the hole where you expect the break to occur with the ping g15 irons (http://www.mygolfpurchase.com/PING-G15-Black-Dot-Irons-3-9WS-1161.html). You want to practice putting before you start your round. ishiner
